Cheddar adds rich, satisfying flavour while pieces of jalapeño bring just enough heat to keep every slice interesting. Long fermentation gives the loaf its characteristic sourdough depth and chewy texture.
Excellent for grilled cheese, breakfast sandwiches, burgers, alongside soups and chili, or simply toasted with butter. This is one of those loaves that can easily become the centrepiece of a meal.
